Iron Cross

Aid Stations

There will be four aid stations for Iron Cross at spots on the course staffed by certifiably insane race volunteers. These aid stations will have some basic tools and some tubes for emergencies, but do not rely on these stations for all your repairs. Everyone should at least carry a tube or spare tire and a decent tool and know how to use it.

Food and drink at the aid stations may consist of H₂O, Hammer HEED, fig bars, granola bars, fruit, and maybe some PB&J.

You will have the ability to put supplies and food in a plastic bag for us to drop at one middle aid station.
